LIFE Volunteer Profiles:
Volunteer Profile 1: Volunteer with LIFE School Development Project
Work Profile:
We require volunteers to:
- Assist the LIFE Coach in each of the 10 schools in which LIFE Trust is directly implementing programs. Help the 9th and 10th Std children with difficulties they may have in Math and English
- Help in organizing excursions for the school children
- Assisting in workshops to improve study habits of the children
- Help to monitor progress and work towards successful implementation of all proposed programs in the schools

Volunteer Profile 2: Volunteer with LIFE Child Care Centres
Work Profile:
We require volunteers to:
- Assist the LIFE Coach in various activities
- Visit the Anganwadis and play with the children
- Conceptualize and execute innovative ways of building the children's creativity
- Increase no. of children in Anganwadis to develop a strong foundation for their development
- Organize event for children and their parents
Volunteer Profile 3: Volunteer with LIFE Learning Disability Outreach Programme
Work Profile:
We require volunteers to:
- Assist in the Outreach program conducted by LIFE Trust
- Accompany the school children in the LIFE Vehicle as they are taken from school to the hospital for testing
- Assist the team at Nair Hospital in the testing requirements if needed

Volunteer Profile 4: Event organizing skills to LIFE Trust.
Work Profile: We need volunteers to help organize LIFE events eg. School Chalo Rally. If you have participated or organized event(s), have people handling skills and are enthusiastic and believe in the cause we work for, you can help us make our campaigns a success.

Volunteer Profile 5: Talents (sports, dancing, singing) to teach our children
Work Profile: We need volunteers to train our children in various extra-curricular activities like cricket, football, dancing, singing, art and craft, theatre, etc. for the ‘Bal Bhavan’ project at the school.
Volunteer Profile 6: Research skills to LIFE Trust
Work Profile: We need volunteers to conduct research in the school and Anganwadi areas where LIFE Trust is present. Volunteers will need to have an analytical approach, prior experience in research projects and a strong command on the Hindi and Marathi languages.
Volunteer Profile 7 : Photography skills to LIFE Trust
Work Profile: We need photographers to visit our ongoing projects at various places like the Anganwadi`s in the slums of Bandra and Dharavi, our education partner MCGM schools to click high-quality photographs for our catalog.
Volunteer Profile 8: Graphic design skills to LIFE Trust.
Work Profile: We need volunteers to devote their graphic designing skills to edit our DVD’s for “Learn for Life” project, make brochures, information booklets, posters, standees, etc.
Volunteer Profile 9: Your writing skills to LIFE Trust.
Work Profile: You will need to attend our various events or go for field visits for the various projects to write the articles. These articles will be used for our blog, newsletter etc.
Volunteer Profile 10: Your excellent writing skills to make training manual for our conversational English project.
Work Profile: We need volunteers to devote their writing skills to make training manual for the teachers of the “Learn for Life” conversational English project at the Anganwadi’s in Bandra and Dharavi. This training manual will be a helpful guide for the teachers and teaching English will become easier for them.
Volunteer Profile 11: Your Microsoft office skills like MS word, PowerPoint, Excel for content development.
Work Profile: We need volunteers to devote their Microsoft Office skills to make documents, PowerPoint presentations, excel sheets etc for content development purposes. Volunteers will need to work from our office only.
Volunteer Profile 12: Your time to spend with our children at our orphanage
Work Profile: We need volunteers to share their expertise for activities like dance, singing, art & craft, sports, mentoring etc.
